Vayu Side Table in Solid Teak Wood

Vayu is a compact side table defined by its dramatic sculpted form and dark surface. It works as a small accent beside lounge seating. The original uses a single reclaimed timber section with exposed natural cracks; the teak version follows the form without promising identical grain or fissures.

This custom-made solid wood product is made in teak wood by Gulmohar Wood Works in Bangalore, for Bangalore homes and customers across India.

Original Vayu Side Table design: Mythology, the Bristol studio led by Sam Pearson and Anna Kidel. This is an independent Gulmohar custom-made version, not an original Mythology product, branded import or authorised collaboration.

Photographs show the original design in scorched reclaimed timber. They are design references, not photographs of the finished Gulmohar teak version. Natural grain and finish appearance will differ.
