Gulmohar Wood Works Warranty Policy

All custom solid wood furniture crafted by Gulmohar Wood Works includes a 2-years warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that fabric and leather upholstery are excluded from this coverage.

Process for in-warranty claims - If your covered furniture exhibits manufacturing damages or defects, we will coordinate the complete pickup and refurbishment process. We ensure the restored piece is shipped back to you within 7 days of arriving at our Bangalore workshop.

What if the product is damaged outside of the warranty period? If the product is no longer under warranty, the client assumes responsibility for all associated repair costs. This includes shipping, packing materials, and all refurbishment expenses.

What is specifically excluded from the 1-Year Warranty?

The Gulmohar Wood Works product warranty does not extend to the following conditions and items:

Upholstery & Soft Goods: Fabric and leather wear, cushion softening, fading, deterioration, and buttons on tufted products.

Improper Handling: Defects resulting from improper storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or usage.

Damage & Misuse: Any harm occurring post-purchase due to product modifications, intentional damage, accidents, abuse, or negligence.

Normal Wear & Tear: The natural aging process, including staining or loosening of materials over time.

Natural Material Variations: Inherent variations in the color, grain, or texture of our solid wood, as well as fabric or leather.

Commercial Use: Goods utilized in commercial establishments (this warranty applies exclusively to personal residential settings).

Additional Costs: Exclusion of any external labor or assembly costs.
